We are not a dealer, broker, agent, or marketplace. We do not buy, sell, broker, or facilitate the sale of any vehicles. We do not participate in any transaction between buyers and dealerships.

3. No Endorsement or Verification

Important UsedCarDealer.City does not verify, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any dealership listed on this platform. Listings are paid advertisements. Inclusion on this platform does not constitute an endorsement of any kind.

We do not conduct background checks, license verifications, or audits of any listed dealership. We do not verify the accuracy of any information provided by a dealership in their listing, including inventory, pricing, address, or contact details.

Car buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any dealership found through our platform. We strongly recommend verifying a dealer's license status, reputation, and business legitimacy through independent sources before making any purchase.

4. Dealer Responsibilities

Dealerships that advertise on this platform agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and current information in their listing.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of used vehicles in the United States.
Not use the platform to advertise fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive services.
Update their listing promptly if their business information changes.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice if it violates these terms or our content standards.

5. User Responsibilities

All users of this platform agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with United States law.
Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission.
Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through any form on the platform.
Understand that contact with a dealership through our platform initiates a direct relationship between the user and that dealership — not with UsedCarDealer.City.

6. Listings & Payments

Free listings are available to any dealership at no cost. Premium listings are paid advertising placements billed annually. By purchasing a premium listing, you agree to the pricing stated at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details. Listings are non-refundable once activated unless required by applicable law.

Listings expire after 365 days from submission or payment date. Renewal is optional and at the dealership's discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

UsedCarDealer.City is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Any transaction between a buyer and a dealership found through our platform.
Inaccurate or outdated information in a dealer's listing.
The conduct, products, or services of any advertised dealership.
Your reliance on any listing, review, or content on this platform.

Your use of this platform and any dealership contact made through it is entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of UsedCarDealer.City or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Dealerships retain ownership of any content they submit to their listing.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
