1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UsedCarDealer.City, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, car buyers, and dealerships using the platform.

2. Nature of Service

UsedCarDealer.City is an AI-powered advertising platform. We provide a space for used car dealerships to advertise their business — including through AI-powered business pages — and for car buyers to discover dealerships in their local market.

We are not a dealer, broker, agent, or marketplace. We do not buy, sell, broker, or facilitate the sale of any vehicles. We do not participate in any transaction between buyers and dealerships.

3. AI Business Pages

Premium dealers on this platform may activate an AI-powered business page that includes an AI chat agent. By enabling this feature, dealers agree to the following:

• AI Representation: The AI agent will respond to buyer inquiries based on information provided by the dealer. Dealers are responsible for ensuring their provided information is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• Lead Data: When a buyer voluntarily shares their contact information through an AI chat, that information is forwarded to the dealer. The dealer is solely responsible for how they use, store, and process that lead data in compliance with applicable laws.
• AI Limitations: The AI agent is an automated system. UsedCarDealer.City does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of every AI response. Dealers should not rely solely on AI output for legal, financial, or compliance-sensitive communications.
• No Liability for AI Conversations: UsedCarDealer.City is not liable for outcomes arising from conversations between buyers and the AI agent, including inaccurate information presented by the AI due to outdated dealer-provided data.

Buyers who interact with AI chat agents are engaging with an automated system provided by the platform on behalf of the dealership. Buyers should independently verify all information before making any purchase decision.

4. No Endorsement or Verification

We do not conduct background checks, license verifications, or audits of any listed dealership. We do not verify the accuracy of any information provided by a dealership in their listing or AI page configuration, including inventory, pricing, address, or contact details.

Car buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any dealership found through our platform.

5. Dealer Responsibilities

Dealerships that advertise on this platform agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information in their listing and AI page configuration.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of used vehicles in the United States.
• Comply with applicable data privacy laws when receiving, storing, and contacting leads captured through AI chat.
• Not use the platform to advertise fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive services.
• Update their listing and AI page content promptly if their business information changes.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice if it violates these terms or our content standards.

6. User Responsibilities

All users of this platform agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with United States law.
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission.
• Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through any form or AI chat on the platform.
• Not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit AI chat agents on dealer pages.
• Understand that contact with a dealership — including through AI chat lead capture — initiates a direct relationship between the user and that dealership, not with UsedCarDealer.City.

7. Listings & Payments

Free listings are available to any dealership at no cost. AI Premium listings are paid advertising plans billed annually. By purchasing an AI Premium listing, you agree to the pricing stated at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details. Listings are non-refundable once activated unless required by applicable law.

Listings expire after 365 days from submission or payment date. Renewal is optional and at the dealership's discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

UsedCarDealer.City is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Any transaction between a buyer and a dealership found through our platform.
• Inaccurate or outdated information in a dealer's listing or AI page.
• The conduct, products, or services of any advertised dealership.
• AI chat agent responses, including responses based on inaccurate dealer-provided data.
• Your reliance on any listing, AI response, review, or content on this platform.

Your use of this platform and any dealership contact made through it is entirely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including design, text, graphics, logos, AI systems, and software — is the property of UsedCarDealer.City or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Dealerships retain ownership of any content they submit to their listing.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part of it — including AI features — at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
